'What a surreal day this was! I did my own makeup for my wedding, but the stakes felt so much higher. I remember stressing that these are the photos my family will be looking back on for the rest of our lives (no pressure, right?). So I went with what felt like the most 'me.' I can't even tell you how much I love burgundy lipstick, so I literally planned everything around it, haha! On my wedding morning I remember thinking, 'Ok, I'm on the bride's end now, I need to remember this feeling. This is what it feels like to be in the makeup chair on the day of my wedding.' So many emotions, and just wanting everything to look as I imagined it. As the artist for your wedding day, it is so important to me to get it right. This is your day to feel absolutely gorgeous, and see your entire vision come to life.'

A B O U T  T H E  A R T I S T:

I live in Bellingham, WA with my husband and our 3 boys, 2 of whom are identical twins. A few of my favorite things are hiking, traveling, hoarding houseplants, and ingesting what is probably an unhealthy amount of true crime media. I've been doing makeup professionally since 2008, after graduating makeup school in southern California. My first 6 years were dedicated to makeup for fashion photography and production work, while living abroad in Guadalajara, Mexico. I started taking brides in 2014 when I returned home to Whatcom County, and fell in love with wedding makeup! I am so thankful to every bride that invites me to be a part of celebrating such an incredible moment in her life.
